Crew housing for hyperscale data center builds: 5-bed crew units, sleepers, and kitchen suites built in Texas and set near the campus. Plan 50 to 4,000 beds.

Why buy direct instead of leasing beds
- Cost. 100 workers in hotels at $120 a night is $4.38 million a year. Owned units cost less per bed the longer you use them. See the math.
- Control. Your site, your rules, your schedule.
- An asset at the end. Redeploy or resell instead of walking away from a lease.
- One contact. Unit selection, factory order, and delivery coordination.
How it works
- Size the project: workers, location, timeline, code needs.
- Pick the mix: crew units, sleepers, kitchen suites, and HUD-code workforce units.
- Factory build or in-stock: production slot or ready units.
- Deliver and set on prepared pads.
- Connect and move in.
- Redeploy or resell when the job ends.

Units on the ground

Common questions
What is factory-direct workforce housing?
Crew units, sleepers, and HUD-code workforce units bought factory-direct through our Texas factory partner, with delivery coordinated to your site.
How much does workforce housing cost per bed?
It depends on unit type, room count, freight, and site work. See cost per bed or use the calculator.
How fast can units be delivered?
In-stock units ship soonest; built-to-order units wait for a production slot. Site work usually sets the schedule. See delivery timing.
Where do you deliver?
Across Texas. For sites in other states, ask us.
Can we lease instead of buying?
Ask us. We quote purchases; if a lease option exists for your project we will say so in writing. See financing and leasing.
What happens to the units when the job ends?
Move them to the next job, resell them, or keep them as rentals. See after the project.
