Crew housing pricing and calculator
Buy, lease, or hotel calculator
Enter your own numbers. Leave unit price blank until you have a quote; the calculator then shows the most you could spend per bed and still beat hotels.
Nights = months × 30.4. Hotel math assumes one room per worker every night. Default hotel rate is the GSA FY2027 standard lodging rate ($113, effective October 1, 2026); many Texas counties are higher. This is a planning tool, not a quote or tax advice.
Planning land? Housing pads usually run at a density set by local rules; Abilene caps RV parks at 10 spaces per acre. Ask your civil engineer for a site plan.

Common questions
Why don’t you list unit prices?
Prices change with spec, code type, quantity, freight distance, and factory schedule. A posted number would be wrong for most buyers. Send your count and location and we quote delivered pricing for that project.
What public reference prices exist?
A Texas used-unit reseller listed a used 16×76 five-bed, five-bath unit at $65,000 in October 2026. Elmdale RV Park near Abilene advertises sites at $675/month with utilities, and a 399 sq ft cottage near Frontier listed at $1,850/month (2026). See cost per bed for more.
What does site work cost?
It varies more than the units do: pads, roads, water, wastewater, and power depend entirely on the site. Get a local civil estimate early.
