How it works
Factory-built crew housing goes from first call to move-in in eight steps. Units in stock ship soonest; built-to-order units wait for a production slot. Site work (pads, water, wastewater, power) usually decides the move-in date, so it should start the same week you order.
- Consult and size the project. Tell us headcount, location, start date, duration, and code needs. We turn that into beds, units, and a support-building list. Usually a call and a few emails.
- Choose floor plans and specs. Pick crew units, sleepers, suite units, or HUD-code workforce units. Your quote states the code type and options; ask us to confirm wind-zone and label requirements for your county.
- Order: in stock or factory build. Ready units are reserved. Remaining units go into a factory production slot in Texas.
- Prepare the site. Your site contractor builds pads, roads, water, wastewater, and power. We share unit dimensions, loads, and utility connection specs. Start this the day you order.
- Deliver. Units ship as wide loads with permits and escorts as required.
- Set and connect. Units are set, leveled, blocked, and tied down. Licensed trades connect water, sewer, and power.
- Move in. Final walk-through and punch list. Furnishing if ordered.
- Redeploy or resell. When the job ends, move the units to the next site or sell them.
